Our statewide network of Community Action Agencies (CAAs) utilize the Results Oriented Management and Accountability framework to determine where and how our community investments will achieve the greatest impact. ROMA encourages continuous self-evaluation through which we evaluate our programs and initiatives and work to improve them to ensure that our efforts produce outcomes that change lives and communities.

 

In addition to requirements to follow the rigorous performance management and accountability standards of ROMA, CAAs are required to adhere to a set of Organizational Standards. Each year, CAAs are evaluated by 50-58 core competencies, across three thematic areas: maximum feasible participation, vision and direction, and operations and accountability.
